The Global Alliance is an alliance created by the player James Fiera (nation name New Zealand) in January 2014. It joined the RVL only a couple of days before WWB2 and began participating in that war a day later after voting about it democratically. After the war ended they left the RVL due to it being only available to Communist alliances. The alliance is open to anyone who wants to join and therefore is not region or alignment specific. It generally allows members to do what they want with the only rule being not to attack larger alliances.
