Military policies affect your military and sometimes your domestic stats. Some policies include certain good and bad effects whereas others accompany luck.

Increases armed forces by 2k, reduces growth by $1M, lowers manpower by 4k. For every 20k troops conscripted, increase in growth decreased by $1M per turn.
