<div class="inner" id="msg_28864">"in order to end people intentionally sinking their GDPs to attack newbies, I will be putting in a silent "max GDP". this will be the maximum GDP your nation has ever reached. If you are below this maximum GDP (by 10% or more) you will receive automatic growth depending on how far you are from that GDP, and the unsustainable growth modifier will be removed until you once again reach your max GDP."<br /><br />This system punishes people for losing wars. I lost a war and got so much growth I just couldn't kill because of this now I have over 3 times as much GDP as before I lost the war and only now have I stopped the excess growth. Also IMF is broken and just says no I can't use the policy even if I am above the max growth. If it hadn't have been broken it wouldn't be so bad but this mechanic is still retarded.</div>
